Tamar Zion, Artist

Residing in Florida since 1993, I originally come from Netanya, Israel.
Fortunate to be a member of a very creative family, I am a self-taught artist. 

Looking back, ever since I remember myself, the sight of abstract and non-representational art, drew me in.,
I did not realize at the time that I was very much resonating with this kind of art.

After discovering my true self through faith, a door inside my soul was opening for creation to pour out.

Art is a never-ending world. Over and again, it fascinates me.

Music is a part of the process. I listen to music while I paint; it keeps my mind “dancing” and out comes all these interesting creations. I do not think too much, about what I am doing, I just love the freedom in using colors and to experiment.

Practically anything inspires me and I consider that a great gift, I often find myself peeking into my own soul when I try to take an objective look.

Today it is clear to me that I am also sharing my “personal messages” with the world through my art, with the whole of me, it means so much, and I am grateful.
